We are happy to let you know that from today, our Tuesday Specials classes have an earlier start! We have also moved back our Open Level Technique Class, so you can be sure you will spend your time in a very focused and satisfying way on Tuesday evenings. If you’re free a bit earlier, please join Monique’s Yoga class as well, to get the best warm up for your body. Or if you’re available until later, why not stay for the Guided Practica and practice mindfully what you have just learned?
