Happy New Year, everyone! We wish you all a year brimming with warmth, friendly hugs, and unforgettable tandas on the dance floor. Reflecting on last year’s resolutions – good embrace and good musicality – we’re carrying forward these intentions while elevating our focus for the new year. Our collective resolution for this year at the school is “Internal Awareness – movements and musicality”

We’ve dedicated the last months of 2023 to bring you an amazing programme for the upcoming year, and we can’t wait to share all the exciting updates and announcements with you.In the meantime, please take note of the schedule changes below.

Tuesday Specials
Due to venue availability changes, please take note: our Technique for Followers & Leaders class will now be held on Sundays at 5pm, and the Advanced Level Class is rescheduled to begin at 8.45pm on Tuesdays. And worry not, as usual, we’re happy to extend our practice time after class for those eager to keep refining their technique.

Additionally, if you’re up for an earlier start and some pre-class bonding, join us every week from 7.30pm at The Three Johns pub just across the street. It’s a great chance to socialise – whether it’s for dinner, drinks, or simply a friendly chat. See you there!

Wednesday Milonga Central
We’re thrilled to announce the return of your beloved mid-week milonga, Milonga Central! We are happy to announce that Mauro & Lucy will be running the Intermediate Level Class, followed by Mauro’s fantastic tandas on the dance floor. We hope to see you there!

Friday at Negracha:
We’ve also got some exciting news for our Friday evenings! Thanks to your incredible support and enthusiasm, our classes have grown, prompting us to move the Beginners & Improvers session to the larger studio. As a result, our evening kicks off earlier now, starting at 6.30pm with the Beginners class, followed by Improvers and then the Intermediate/Advanced classes..

Mark your calendars! The milonga remains on schedule, starting at 9.3 pm. We are very excited to unveil the lineup of guest teachers & TDJs lined up for the new year. Stay tuned for more updates!

Milonga Simpatica
We’re revamping our Sunday sessions for a more focused and enriching experience. Starting at 5pm, we’ll kick off with the Technique Class, followed by the Musicality Class at 6pm, both open level, but progressively advancing in content. As a result, the Intermediate Level class will now begin at 7pm, followed by the Milonga at 8.30pm.

But wait, there’s more! For those seeking a more concentrated practice, you’re in luck! Simultaneously, we’ll be hosting a Practica in a separate room. It’s a perfect opportunity for a focused and intentional practice session.
